Levels was founded in 2020 by Tammi Chang. We pride ourselves as a full management company delivering talent and operational support for all of our clients from event organizers, film & tv, and major promoters. We also plan and coordinate all aspects of an artists’ bookings, promotional and travel needs as well as their media relations worldwide.

Levels work very closely with all our partners, from record labels and booking agents, in addition to working with all the leading names across the globe. We make sure our artists are protected and looked after in the best way. We find new ways of publishing and distribution, to ensure an extensive global presence and act as a competent agent between publishers, labels, and producers in the industry.

Some of our management services provided include Brand Development, A&R Consultancy, Music Management, Tour Manager Services, Financial Wealth Management, Merchandise Management, and the everyday administration of all our client's business affairs including record labels, publishing deals, music licensing, and accounting services.
